AQ-710 Alkaline Aqueous Cleaner

AQ-710 is designed for immersion, ultrasonic and spray applications, and is safe for use on most metals. It is non-aggressive towards aluminum, magnesium and titanium alloys, and can be used in concentrations up to 25 percent. It is moderately alkaline with low foaming levels for use in spray applications, contains inhibitors to protect metal surfaces from corrosion and it is also tolerant of hard water.

AQ-715 Alkaline Aqueous Cleaner

AQ-715 is designed for immersion, spray, and ultrasonic applications, in concentrations up to 25 percent. It is tested and certified to meet or exceed aerospace specifications for aqueous alkaline cleaners. High alkaline chemistry is aggressive on soils, and low foam levels can be used in spray applications. AQ-715 contains no phosphates and is highly tolerant of hard water, and its inhibitors prevent corrosion on metals.

Dual-Channel Process Timer

The dual-channel process timer allows simultaneous programming of two different activities. Each channel has a distinct electronic alarm and visual indicator when zero is reached.
The alarm may be turned off or silenced automatically after 1 minute. The alarm has three settings: high decibel for noisy areas, low decibel for quiet environments, or off (muted) with silent visual flashing LED operation.

EV6500 – High-Intensity Dual Light LED UV Lamp

The EV6500 is a hand-held, portable LED UV lamp with built-in white light LEDs for non-destructive testing applications like fluorescent penetrant testing and fluorescent magnetic particle inspections.

Designed with broad-beam profile for in-line and hand-held use, the EV6500 will decrease inspection time by improving indication visibility with 7,000 μW/cm2high intensity UV-A illumination and the widest coverage area in its class.

FSM-2 – Magnetic Field Strength Meter

The FSM-2 is used for tangential measuring of the magnetic field strength in DC and AC fields. A tangential field probe is attached to the workpiece’s surface during magnetisation, and the hall sensor measures the voltage change produced by the magnetic field.  This meter measures the true RMS of asymmetric magnetic fields.
