EV6500 – High-Intensity Dual Light LED UV Lamp
The EV6500 is a hand-held, portable LED UV lamp with built-in white light LEDs for non-destructive testing applications like fluorescent penetrant testing and fluorescent magnetic particle inspections.
Designed with broad-beam profile for in-line and hand-held use, the EV6500 will decrease inspection time by improving indication visibility with 7,000 μW/cm2high intensity UV-A illumination and the widest coverage area in its class.
General Purpose Field Indicator
The Magnaflux General Purpose Field Indicator is a non-certified rugged, pocket sized, non-calibrated field indicator that measures 2 1/2” in diameter and is perfect for field use. It is scaled +10 or -10 gauss from 0 center. Each division represents 1 gauss.

Magnetic Flux Indicator Gauge
The Pie Gauge is a tool for quickly verifying the direction of magnetic flux on a surface. It is made from eight ferrous segments, braised into a single piece, providing a star pattern of nonferrous discontinuities. Typically used with dry powders for yoke inspection, the Pie Gauge can be held at any angle and will generate indications perpendicular to the direction of the magnetic flux.
Magnetic Particle Test Bar
The MPI Test Bar is a standardized test piece conforming to the requirements of NAVSEA T9074-AS-GIB-010/271 to demonstrate magnetic particle equipment performance. The MPI Test Bar can be used with wet bench equipment, power packs, or magnetic yokes.

QQIs – Quantitative Quality Indicator Test Piece Shims
QQIs are artificial flaw (notched) shims that are attached to example parts, commonly used to demonstrate both field strength and direction within a part. Available in several different configurations, QQIs are thin steel shims with etched patterns in circular and cross shapes to provide indications in all directions. The steel alloy and notch dimensions, as specified in AS 5371, are designed to provide indications when the base part is magnetized to at least 30 gauss.
